We practice Tuesday and Thursday evenings at Abbotsham village Hall - Near Bideford.
All ages are catered for but six years plus is preferred.
Beginners are welcome as are those more experienced who are looking for something different.
First practice is FREE.
Chen tai chi is incorporated to introduce fluidity and focus of energy.
Weapons practice is carried out by more experienced practitioners, e.g. bo, bokken, shinai, knife, and Broadsword.
Instructors are fully insured and enhanced CRB checked.
